If you want to work with me, please e-mail me including your CV and brief cover letter. All types of background (biomedical engineering, computer science, medicine, etc.) and expertise level (undergraduate students, graduate students, etc.) are welcomed.

Topics across MRI data analysis, software development and machine learning are available. Either as a bachelor/master thesis or as an internship project. Both remote and in-person collaboration is possible.

Expected skills: python/matlab 🐍, bash 💻, MRI basics 🧲, machine/deep learning and medical image processing basics.
